Dear VIPS Parents,<\/span><\/p>\n

Assalamu alaikum. On behalf of our learning community at Virginia International Private School, I hope you and yours are keeping well, you will have a blessed Eid Al Adha, and that you will be well informed as well as well prepared for the 2020-2021 school year.<\/p>\n

First and foremost, we have set out to ensure that our students\u2019 and stakeholders\u2019 health, safety, and well-being are of the utmost importance and catered to seriously, sensibly, and strategically. Therefore, as we start the new academic year, we will implement a \u2018Hybrid\u2019 model which offers our students and families various options to best meet their needs and circumstances \u2013 either via face to face (FTF) learning, Distance Learning (DL), or a combination of both (hybrid).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

As parents have the option to send their child(ren) on campus for face-to-face (FTF) learning, they can also opt to learn off-campus via Distance Learning (DL). In either case, we are offering high-quality educational opportunities in a safe environment for our students and families.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

VIPS is pleased to announce that we will be expanding our current Chromebook Pilot Initiative (Gr. 10) across grades 1 to 11 with all students in these grades being offered their own Chromebook.\u00a0 In line with our Digital Strategy, we are confident that the implementation of our 1:1 Chromebook initiative across grades 1 to 11, along with our core values, will equip our students with the knowledge, skills, and understanding to learn and succeed in our 21st-century environment.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
