Fully review the school&#8217;s vision, mission, core values, aims, and strategic plans \/ future design in order to improve students\u2019 outcomes and operate as a high performing school amidst the rapidly changing landscape;<br \/>\n<strong>2<\/strong>. Build further capacity across the school through internal succession planning as well as new, external appointments as a thorough knowledge of the curriculum and best practices in teaching, learning and assessment will drive school improvement;<br \/>\n<strong>3<\/strong>. Further develop our teaching, learning, and assessment practices with sufficient focus on the academic progress of students in lessons and over time as student learning and development are the heart of education;<br \/>\n<strong>4<\/strong>. Further develop our self-evaluation and improvement planning processes, leading to innovative and creative solutions in addressing the school\u2019s and the UAE\u2019s national priorities, and resulting in sustained, positive effects on students\u2019 achievement;<br \/>\n<strong>5<\/strong>.
